Graham McMillan is a graduate of the CUNY School of Law in Queens, NY. He chose CUNY because of its focus on revolutionizing criminal defense, its award-winning clinic programs, and because it is a ten-minute bike ride from his childhood home on Roosevelt Island, New York. In school, he focused on the rights of the accused and abuses of the 4th Amendment, and the pipeline between the criminal system and their life-changing immigration consequences.
He joined the firm Gritz, Hanifin, and Shih LLC because of their zealous advocacy for their clients, no matter how big or small the case is. GHS understands that every person that comes to them is in a moment of crisis in their life, and that compassionate and thorough representation is what they deserve. With GHS, Graham has the ability to learn from some of the best young lawyers in Maryland, and give each new client a level of time and attention many other firms just cannot offer.
